In the area of commercial litigation, I represent a variety of businesses and individuals in prosecuting and defending actions, both in state and federal court, for breach of contract, landlord-tenant commercial disputes, shareholder and partner disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, business torts, injunctive relief, fraud, fraudulent transfers, construction law disputes, deceptive trade practices, and other general business related matters. I also represent both secured and unsecured creditors in actions for debt, garnishment, sequestration, execution, attachment, turnover, and other creditor causes of action and methods of relief. I also represent creditors in bankruptcy court. In the area of corporate law, I represent businesses in the formation and dissolution of partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, professional associations, and other business related transactions. I also represent businesses with respect to the interpretation and formation of contracts, non-disclosure, non-competition, non-solicitation, and employment agreements.
